Please use your Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card to make payment through the PayPal security platform. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can choose to pay as a guest with a credit card. When you receive our offer, you will see the“Pay now” button in the body of the email. Just click the“Pay now” button in your email and you will be directed to a secure PayPal site to make your payment. If you are already a PayPal member, please follow the normal process to complete the payment. If you haven't already signed up for PayPal, you can now sign up for free! Refund policy

Thank you for choosing our service. Here is our refund policy. Please read it carefully:
Cancel the reservation refund policy
If you need to cancel a reservation, please follow the following rules:
1. Receive a cancellation notice 22 days before departure: 100% refund of all payments made.
2. Receive a Cancellation 15 to 21 days before departure: 70% refund of all payments made.
3. Receive a Cancellations 8 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund of all payments made.
4. Receive a cancellation 0-7 days before departure: non-refundable.
5. Non-check-in passengers: will be charged a 100% fee.
6. Services not used after the start of the trip due to your unwillingness/inability to attend, early departure, late arrival, or missed trip: non-refundable.
Special note:
1. If any possible refunds occur, the PayPal service charge (4.5%) will be deducted from the original payment.
2. Groups of 10 or more: the cancellations for tours of 10 or more may vary from case to case. Ask your travel consultant for a cancellation policy for groups of 10 or more.

Note:
All refund requests must be submitted before the deadline specified above. Once your refund request is confirmed, the refund is usually processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method, the specific time to account may be different.

Insurance

Our package includes free travel accident and casualty insurance up to $29,000. However, we strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance in your home country. Please note that this insurance will not apply if you only book hotels through this website (please consult your sales consultant for more information) .

Cancellation Policy

Notice of complaint and claim:
If you encounter any problems in using our services and wish to lodge a complaint or claim, you must notify us in writing by e-mail, regular mail or fax within 12 days after the end of the trip. Any complaints or claims filed beyond this time limit will not be accepted.
File:
Your claim must be accompanied by relevant receipts and supporting evidence to prove that the loss or inconvenience you suffered was caused by our services. Such evidence may include but is not limited to:
1. Relevant service contracts or confirmations;
2. Receipts, invoices or other financial documents;
3. Photographs, video or audio files;
4. Relevant reports or certificates issued by third parties;
5. Any other documents that will help prove your claims.
Limitation of liability:
We do not accept any liability for any claims that you fail to file within 12 days after the end of your trip. This means that if your claim is filed 12 days after the end of your trip, we will not be able to process it.
